Our Pet Requirements
All dogs are required to be on LEASH when arriving & leaving
All dogs are required to be up to date on vaccinations
No open wounds of any kind
Flea, worm & tick free
All dogs need a negative fecal test within the last year
All dogs need to be spayed/neutered if 6 months or older for daycare
*Please note: There’s NO guarantee that your dog will play with other dogs during their visit. Even well socialized dogs have off-days, & won’t play or get to play with other dogs that day. We have a responsibility above all else to keep each & every dog & staff safe. So if it’s in our best judgment to keep your dog from socializing with other dogs on a particular day or time, then we’ll keep them separate, & give them 1-on-1 time instead.
Kennel Cough
Kennel Cough Awareness: Keeping Your Dogs Healthy
Kennel Cough is a contagious, upper respiratory disease, similar to a common cold. Here at Country Pup Kennel we do the best we can to minimize the risk for kennel cough and keep all dogs’ safe. Every dog that boards with us & comes to daycare, training, and grooming must be up to date on all vaccinations. Our kennels are cleaned everyday with organic cleaning products to maintain a clean environment for all dogs.
We have commercial air exchangers that filter the air and uv filtration. While the spread of kennel cough can be minimized by proper cleaning, isolating sick animals, & properly ventilating the facility, remember that no amount of supervision, sanitation, or personalized care is guaranteed to be 100% effective against illnesses. Above all, every measure is taken to create and maintain a safe and clean environment for your dog(s).
