WHAT HAPPENS

You don’t have to take our word for it. Come in and see.

Most families leave the Meet & Greet wishing they’d come in sooner. Here’s exactly what happens during your visit.

You arrive

Park at the main entrance and head inside. Our staff will be expecting you.

We show you around

The boarding suites, play yards, grooming area, and training facility. You see exactly where your dog will be and what their day looks like.

We meet your dog

Your dog explores at their own pace. No rushing. We watch how they interact with our space and our team.

We talk through your needs

What services you’re interested in, your dog’s routine, any special needs. We answer every question.

You leave with a clear picture

What your dog’s stay will look like, what to bring, and how to book when you’re ready.

WHY IT’S REQUIRED

Every new dog. No exceptions. Here’s why.

We know “required” can feel like a barrier. It isn’t. It’s a standard we hold because it makes every dog’s stay better — including yours.

When we meet your dog before their first stay, we learn things that make a real difference.

How they handle new environments. Whether they’re social or prefer their own space. Any quirks, triggers, or preferences we should know about.

That information lives in their profile and shapes every interaction they have with our team. It also means you leave knowing exactly what to expect.

No wondering. No anxiety on drop-off day. Just confidence that your dog is somewhere you’ve actually seen and vetted yourself.

WHAT TO BRING

Just bring your dog.

  • Your dog on a leash
  • Vaccination records if you have them handy — we can collect them when you book if not
  • Any questions you have — there are no dumb ones
  • Nothing else — we take care of everything

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER

You’re in the system. Booking is easy from here.

After your Meet & Greet our staff will set up your dog’s profile in PawPartner, our booking system. From there you can book boarding, daycare, grooming, and training directly through the app or by calling us. New customers go through us — returning customers can book through the app directly.

DOGS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

If your dog has a history of reactivity or aggression — please call us first.

We are equipped to accommodate dogs with behavioral challenges. We’ll schedule a dedicated assessment with Sarah Bostock, our on-site behavior specialist, before your visit.

WHAT FAMILIES SAY ABOUT THEIR FIRST VISIT

★★★★★

10/10!!! I was hesitant to board our new puppy while we went out of town, but after researching many, many facilities, we landed at Country Pup Kennel. I booked a trial day before our trip and was sold. This place is SO clean, so well thought out, and the staff is even better! Our nervous rescue pup did a short board & train and had the best time. He had clear results & was more than comfortable. Worth your drive and worth your money!

★★★★★

We took our dog here to be boarded for the first time. The facility was spotless and the staff were great. We didn’t have to worry about our dog when we were gone, he was in a great place. He has lots of energy and they had plenty of space for him to run around. Will definitely be coming back here when we need boarding again!

COMMON QUESTIONS

We’d rather you ask than wonder.

Do I need an appointment?

Is there a charge?

No. It’s completely free for every new dog. No commitment, no pressure.

Can I bring my whole family?

Yes — bring whoever will be involved in dropping off and picking up your dog. Kids are welcome.

What if my dog is nervous about new places?

That’s completely normal and something we see all the time. We go at your dog’s pace. No pressure to interact with anything or anyone they’re not comfortable with.

What happens after the Meet & Greet?

Our staff sets up your dog’s profile in PawPartner, our booking system. From there you can book boarding, daycare, grooming, and training directly through the app or by calling us.

What if my dog has a history of biting or aggression?
