BEFORE YOUR DOG’S FIRST VISIT
A little prep now means total peace of mind later.
We keep these standards in place for one reason — to protect every dog and staff member on our 35-acre property in Princeton, MN. Here’s exactly what to have ready before your dog’s first daycare, boarding, or training visit.

Our Pet Requirements
These apply to every dog who stays, plays, or trains with us — no exceptions, because your dog’s safety depends on it just as much as anyone else’s.
Please note: There’s no guarantee your dog will play with other dogs during their visit. Even well-socialized dogs have off days. We have a responsibility above all else to keep every dog and staff member safe — so if it’s in our best judgment to keep your dog separate on a particular day, we’ll do that and give them 1-on-1 time instead.
Kennel Cough Awareness: Keeping Your Dogs Healthy
Kennel Cough is a contagious, upper respiratory disease, similar to a common cold. Here at Country Pup Kennel, we do everything we can to minimize the risk and keep every dog safe. Every dog that boards, trains, or comes to daycare and grooming must be up to date on all vaccinations, and our kennels are cleaned daily with organic cleaning products.
We also run commercial air exchangers with UV filtration to keep the air clean facility-wide. While proper cleaning, isolating sick animals, and ventilation minimize the spread of kennel cough, no amount of supervision or sanitation can guarantee 100% protection against illness. Above all, every measure is taken to create and maintain a safe, clean environment for your dog.
